You must have a strategy that you evaluate regularly that ties in your various tactics. Without a strategy, your tactics are the noise before failure. How do you successfully strategize?
- First you’ve got to have a vision and a goal.
- Second, formulate and write down your plan.
- Third, write down the monthly, weekly, and daily executables to implement the plan
- Finally, check in weekly to align yourself.
