  • A powerful force in the human psyche is for people to remain consistent with hof they identify themselves.
  • What you put the words “I AM” in front of becomes your identity.
  • The #1 person you communicate with on a daily basis is you!
  • Find phrases that feel empower you and use them to take you to the next level.
  • Quickly change your state by shouting incantations.
  • The words we speak have an impact on our mind.

  • Write out your negative beliefs that may be limiting you and replace them with the opposite positive beliefs.

Peter started in real estate as an investor in July of 2003 during the summer of his junior year of college. He found a four-unit property that required a full gut to fix up and jumped in, living and managing at the property. The next year he graduated with a degree in business and, diploma in hand, he eventually started his management and renovation companies.
